HAVE FAITH

I want to encourage my ‘Sisters in Christ’ that even through turbulent and what often feels like soul destroying, despondent times Jesus never lets us down!!!

Since the day I was born the enemy has been trying to destroy my life and blind me to how much God loves me and what a wonderful plan he has for mine and my family’s life.  However, thanks to the sacrifice of Jesus on the Cross and the wonderful love and commitment of my Christian family I can now state, with authority, that Christ has ‘repaid the years the locusts had eaten’ through his continuous grace, mercy and righteousness. Ephesians 2:4 say’s it much better than me: But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions – it is by grace you have been saved.

I am happy to share my testimony at some time in the future, but suffice to say “without the love of Christ and his amazing miraculous word, mine and my family’s life would be very different and I shudder to think of what this life would have looked like”.  Therefore, I encourage each one of you to have faith, trust in God’s word and when the storms come (as they will) persevere and be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. (Ephesians 6:10)   

Finally, remember our battles are not against flesh and blood!  Therefore, put on the full of armour of God so that you can stand strong in the Lord’s mighty power against the devil’s schemes whilst praying in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.  (Ephesians 6:10-19) 

God bless you and your families as we go forward in 2016.  Let our lives and our testimonies be a shining light helping direct those who remain in darkness to the love of Christ!
