Brazil Day 2

We had some time off in the morning with our host families. We had time to relax and adjust to the time zone. Both Tracy and I ate at a bbq with our hosts, the food kept coming, I’m sure I ate an whole cow.

We were then dropped off to sal da terra central for 2 church services one at 530pm the other at 730pm. The first one we were called to the stage and introduced.

The church here are taking a group on a missions trip to Africa, providing support in many ways, the place they are going has over 1000 orphans, they are taking a doctor and 5 medical students over to help and medical supplies.

We took part in the second one which is a youth service, Tracy led a song in English and the group supported, Tim spoke, the dance group performed a dance and the Hankins shared a testimony. It was both amazing and scary. The team worked well together, especially after being in the services over 3hrs before we got on the stage, now its time for dinner and bed. Looking forward to tomorrow.
