SLOWING DOWN

AS promised I said I would write a little about my journey into living from a Christ centered place of peace/rest.

Over the summer I wrote a lot, and that was the beginning of this journey of learning to live and lead from a pace set by Father God.

A part of that journey was hanging out with Ben Vod a few months back and him mentioning a book that was given to him at a prayer retreat.

Well, I have read quite a few books on spiritual discipline over the years. But this one seems to be a very up to date and down to earth read.

So I thought I would recommend it.

I am a book worm, its how I relax and switch off.
